
CPST training

Saturday, September 27, Sunday, September 28, Saturday, October 4, Sunday, October 5. Full attendance at all four days is required
The Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) training course takes place over 4 days and includes classroom instruction, demonstrations, hands-on practice, multiple-choice knowledge checks, and a practical exam in the form of a public car seat check clinic.
With this training, you can:
– Plan a community seat check event
– Give a booster seat presentation at your local school or community centre
– Answer car seat questions for a parenting or prenatal class
– Connect with local law enforcement to plan a roadside check
– Meet with parents and caregivers for one-on-one appointments
– Provide a workshop for your staff or co-workers
The fee includes certification with the Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada for 3 years, a printed copy of the manual and all supplies.
