If there is not an appointment available at a time that works for you\, please email emma.schmidt@sickkids.ca to be placed on a waitlist. \n Location: 555 University Ave\, please park your vehicle on the ramp near the entrance to the hospital. \nNote:  \n\nOne seat per appointment. Please book back-to back appointments if you have more than one seat.\nInterpretation services can be requested ahead of time by emailing emma.schmidt@sickkids.ca.\n\nCancellation Policy:  \nIf you are unable to keep your appointment\, kindly let us know so that we can offer the spot to another family: emma.schmidt@sickkids.ca. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the loss of booking privileges. Please notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.
